Part-Time Facilities Team Member
We are seeking a a dependable, team-oriented person to join our Facilities Department at St. Francis in the Foothills. This role helps keep our church campus safe and welcoming for services, community programs, and special events. Hours

On - Site at St. Francis in the Foothills

Approximately 20 Hours per week, days and times may vary depending on availability and needs.

Evening and/or weekend shifts may be required for special events.

Extra hours may be available for special events or as a substitute for other staff members.
Wage
-
$15.25 per hour
Responsibilities

Clean and secure buildings after Sunday services, ensuring each space is safe, tidy, and ready for use.

Perform janitorial and setup tasks— mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, stacking chairs, checking that all buildings are locked and secure, and preparing rooms for events with care and attention to detail.

Assist with event setups and take-downs, working cooperatively with staff and volunteers.

Maintain outdoor areas by raking, pruning, and watering, taking pride in keeping the campus welcoming.

Communicate clearly with coworkers and staff about maintenance needs, demonstrating professionalism and respect at all times.
Qualifications

Communicate clearly and respectfully with staff, members, and guests, maintaining a calm, professional presence in both everyday and special-event circumstances.

Follow directions carefully while staying self-motivated and able to work independently when needed.

Work cooperatively with teammates and volunteers, showing flexibility and reliability as schedules or priorities shift.

Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs safely and confidently during setups and cleanups.

Perform indoor and outdoor work year-round, adapting to various temperatures and conditions.

Arrive on time, ready to work, and take pride in keeping the campus safe, clean, and welcoming.
Accountability

Reports to the Facilities Director.
