Chrysalis Mens Support Group

Chrysalis meets online every Thursday morning by ZOOM from 7 am to 8 am. We are open to any men. One of our group provides a topic for each week. In addition to the topic any member can bring up a concern in their lives. Some weeks, we meet afterwards at a breakfast place from 9am to 10am.
 

Our guidelines

• Show up and chose to be present.

• Pay attention to what has heart and meaning.

• Be sensitive to everyone's desire to speak.

• Be open to outcome, not attached to outcome.

• Maintain the confidentiality of the group.
